Corporate CFO Experience, Small Business Focus.
In 2005 I joined a small technology business that provided IT administration to small businesses in Orange County to help with the transition of one of the partners and to implement an ESOP. During this time I realized how much enjoyment I got from working in a small business environment and sharing financial principles with the business owners and helping them managing their organization.
With each new client it is important to establishing sound financial models to get a picture of where the business is heading. But there are many other areas where a CFO can contribute in a small business. So often in conversations with clients we talk about culture and what makes a great place to work. My goal is to help build a winning culture where everyone in the organization is working for the same end result. It is very much like the relationship between a coach and his players. A good coach wants to win, but more importantly genuinely cares about the people that he works with both on a personal and professional level.
I would love to share a cup of coffee with you and learn more about your business.
